01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the pk007 platform — including the website at pk007.pro, the pk007 Login portal, the live casino lobby, sports and cricket betting board, slot library, and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the pk007 platform and close your account. Continued use of pk007 after any published amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and the English-language version shall prevail in all circumstances, including any dispute or ambiguity arising from any translated version that may be provided for convenience.

02 Eligibility & Registration

Access to and use of pk007 is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times while your pk007 account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter. pk007 strictly prohibits access by minors and conducts age verification as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal structures may not register a player account.
• You must register using your own true, accurate, and complete personal information. The use of pseudonyms, false identities, or another person's information is strictly prohibited.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended pk007 account. pk007 permits only one registered account per person, per household, and per device.
• You must not be accessing pk007 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is expressly prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of pk007 or any of its affiliated game providers.

pk007 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, address, and source of funds at any stage of the registration or verification process. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction, suspension, or closure, and may result in the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

03 Account Responsibilities

You are solely and entirely responsible for all activity that occurs under your pk007 account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, bonuses claimed, and any communications sent through the pk007 support system under your account credentials.

Your pk007 Login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — must be kept strictly confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. pk007 will never ask you for your full password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

• You must use a strong, unique password for your pk007 account and update it promptly if you believe it may have been compromised.
• You must notify pk007 support immediately via live chat if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, or if your login credentials have been lost, stolen, or disclosed to a third party.
• pk007 will not be held liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
• You must ensure that your registered email address remains valid and accessible. Important account and verification communications from pk007 will be sent to your registered email address.

pk007 operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances being forfeited.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

pk007 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT via the TRC20 network. All PKR transactions are processed at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction confirmation.

The minimum deposit at pk007 is PKR 200. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your pk007 account at the time of the withdrawal request. There are no hidden processing fees charged by pk007 on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which pk007 has no control over and accepts no liability for.

• All payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in your own name and must match the verified identity on your pk007 account. Third-party payments — whether incoming or outgoing — are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless an exception has been formally approved by the pk007 compliance team.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of KYC verification. If your account has not yet been fully verified, your withdrawal request will be placed on hold until all required documents are submitted and approved.
• pk007 processes JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals within three minutes in the majority of cases for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.
• pk007 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests that are deemed unusual in size, frequency, or pattern. During such reviews, the withdrawal may be temporarily held pending clearance.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

pk007 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing account holders, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, PSL cricket betting promotions, free spins on selected slot titles, and loyalty rewards. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms published at the time the offer is made, and to the general conditions set out in this section.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all pk007 bonuses:

• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual offer page.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for the relevant bonus. Bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from your account if the requirement is not met within the stated period.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person, per household, and per IP address. Any attempt to claim a new-player bonus through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being suspended and all bonus funds and derived winnings being voided.
• pk007 reserves the right to amend, pause, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Any wagers already placed under the terms of a promotion at the time of such withdrawal will be honoured under the original terms.
• Bonus offers are not redeemable for cash. The bonus amount itself — as distinct from winnings derived from bonus wagers — cannot be withdrawn.
• Certain game types (including but not limited to live casino table games and specified high-RTP slots) may contribute at a reduced rate, or not at all, to wagering requirement completion. Contribution rates are specified in individual offer terms.

06 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the pk007 platform — including live casino games, video slots, crash games, table games, and the cricket and sports betting board — are subject to the individual game rules published within each game or betting market. In the event of any conflict between a game-specific rule and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless the game-specific rule is more restrictive, in which case the more restrictive rule applies.

All casino game outcomes on the pk007 platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited by accredited third-party testing laboratories. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game reflects the long-run statistical average payout rate and does not guarantee any individual session outcome.

• Bets placed and accepted by the pk007 system are final and binding. A bet that has been confirmed — whether on a casino game or a sports/cricket market — cannot be cancelled, reversed, or amended by the player after confirmation, except in cases where pk007 determines that the bet was accepted in error due to a system fault or manifest pricing error.
• In the event of a game malfunction, a disconnection mid-round, or a technical error affecting a bet outcome, pk007 will review the affected round using server-side logs. The outcome of this review is final. If the round cannot be reconstructed reliably, the stake for that round will be refunded to the player's pk007 account balance.
• Sports and cricket betting markets on pk007 are governed by the specific market rules displayed in the betting interface. Void rules, dead heat reductions, and Rule 4 deductions where applicable are set out in the relevant market terms.
• pk007 reserves the right to void any bet where it has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed with inside information, in connection with match-fixing, or as part of a coordinated effort to exploit pricing errors.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk007 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human tool to interact with the pk007 platform, including for the purpose of placing bets, claiming bonuses, or accessing account functions.
• Collusion with other players — whether coordinated betting, chip dumping in poker variants, or any other form of coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or platform system for financial gain. Any winnings generated as a result of a known or exploited bug may be voided at pk007's sole discretion.
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other use of pk007 in connection with criminal activity. pk007 is required by applicable anti-money laundering frameworks to report suspicious activity and to cooperate with relevant authorities.
• Registering multiple accounts, whether in your own name or using another person's identity, for any purpose including bonus farming.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any point during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with pk007 support.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing pk007 support staff or other players through any communication channel provided by pk007.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the pk007 platform — including but not limited to the pk007 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, audio, video, and all other proprietary materials — is the intellectual property of pk007 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk007 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, or create derivative works based on any pk007 content or software.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the pk007 platform software.
• Use pk007 branding, logos, or trademarks in any context without prior written authorisation from pk007.
• Frame, scrape, or mirror any part of the pk007 website on another domain or platform.

Any unauthorised use of pk007 intellectual property may result in legal action. If you believe that your own intellectual property rights have been infringed by content appearing on the pk007 platform, please contact pk007 support with full details of your claim.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk007 and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the pk007 platform, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

pk007 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party network failures, or circumstances beyond pk007's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of some or all services. pk007 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where practicable.

• pk007's total aggregate liability to any individual account holder in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that account holder in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• pk007 is not responsible for any losses suffered as a result of your failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions, including losses resulting from account suspension following a breach.
• pk007 is not responsible for any third-party charges, fees, or losses incurred in connection with your use of a payment method to deposit into or withdraw from your pk007 account.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall operate to exclude or limit pk007's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable law.

10 Responsible Gaming

pk007 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all products and services on the platform. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. It should never be treated as a source of income, a method of recovering financial losses, or an activity that disrupts your personal, professional, or financial wellbeing.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all pk007 account holders from within the account settings section of the pk007 Login portal, at no cost and without requiring approval from pk007 support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit into your pk007 account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you can lose over a defined period. Once the limit is reached, further wagers will be declined until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Controls: Set a maximum session duration. pk007 will display session time reminders and, if enabled, log you out automatically when your selected limit is reached.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your pk007 account for a chosen period (minimum 24 hours). During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your pk007 account and opt out of all marketing communications. Self-exclusion requests submitted via live chat are actioned within one hour and are irreversible for a minimum period of six months.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

pk007 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, at any time, and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The account has been used in connection with fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering activity.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading information at any point.
• Continuation of the account poses a regulatory compliance risk to pk007.
• The account holder has requested self-exclusion or a cooling-off period.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, pk007 will notify the account holder by email and will endeavour to complete the investigation within 14 business days. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account will be reinstated and any withheld withdrawals will be processed promptly.

You may request voluntary closure of your pk007 account at any time by contacting pk007 live chat support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting withdrawal conditions) will be refunded to your last-used verified payment method within five business days.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

pk007 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read alongside these Terms & Conditions. By registering a pk007 account, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pk007 collects only the personal data necessary for the provision of its services, including account registration, identity verification (KYC), payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and customer support. pk007 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

13 Amendments to These Terms

pk007 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pk007 will notify registered account holders by email to the address on record and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the pk007 platform for a minimum of 14 days prior to the changes taking effect.

If you do not agree with the amended Terms & Conditions, you must notify pk007 support and request account closure before the effective date of the changes. Continued use of the pk007 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not materially alter your rights or obligations, and updates to reflect changes in applicable law — may be made without advance notice, though the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent change.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction under which pk007 holds its operating authorisation.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet, a game outcome, an account decision, or a financial transaction, you should first contact pk007 support via live chat or email at [email protected]. pk007's support team will make reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute informally within five business days of receiving a complete description of the complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal channels, pk007 offers access to a formal complaints procedure.
